Successful EMU Graduate Mustafa Barışel

Eastern Mediterranean University, School of Computing and Technology, Computer Technology and Information Systems Department 2000 graduate Mustafa Barışel is successfully employed as the director of Barışel & Son Ltd. Barışel is also a member of Kyrenia Municipality Council.

Following his graduation from EMU, Barışel established his own import company entitled Barışel & Son Ltd., which imports Duty Free products as well as alcoholic beverages, perfume, chocolate, cigars, tobacco and cosmetic products. Barışel put forth that his company has an important place in the TRNC as it houses an array of world famous brands.

Highlighting Eastern Mediterranean University's importance in the higher education sector, Barışel added that EMU provides high quality education at international standards and, at the same time, facilitates students' academic and social development. Finally, Barışel stated that EMU is a world university and it is due to the education he received in EMU that he is successful in his career.
