2015-16 Fall Semester Graduation Week Frequently Asked Questions 

1. When will the Graduation Ceremony rehearsal take place?

Graduation ceremony rehearsal for 2015-2016 Fall Semester will take place at LALA MUSTAFA PAŞA SPORT CENTER at  9:30 a.m. on Monday,  08 February 2016.  

2. Where can I obtain my ceremony number badge?

Before the ceremony rehearsal, ceremony seat number badges can be obtained from the Faculty administrative officers and assistants at LALA MUSTAFA PAŞA SPORT CENTER at 9:00 a.m..  

 3. Graduation Reception

At 7:00 p.m. on Monday, 08 February 2016, a graduation cocktail organised in honor of the graduates will take place at the RAUF RAİF DENKTAŞ CONGRESS and CULTURAL CENTER.

Entrance is free and family members along with graduates are all welcome to the cocktail. Appropriate dress code is expected during the cocktail.

4. Are there any celebrations at Faculties?

Further information about this event will be provided by depermental secretaries.

5. When will the Graduation Ceremony  take place?

Graduation ceremony for 2015-2016 Fall Semester will take place at LALA MUSTAFA PAŞA SPORT CENTER at  2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 09 February 2016. 

6. Where can we park our cars on the ceremony day?

Traffic attendants will guide you towards the following car parks:

  • Sports Center
  • Faculty of Business and Economics 
  • Education Faculty
  • Faculty of Arts and Sciences
  • Faculty of Engineering

n.b.: Minibus services will take you from the parking places to Lala Mustafa Paşa Sports Center

7. When will the families and graduates be allowed in LALA MUSTAFA PAŞA SPORTS CENTER?

  • Families will be admitted to the center at 1:00 p.m.
  • Graduates will be admitted to the center as shown during the rehearsal. 

8. Are there any products sold with the EMU logo?

Products with the EMU logo are available at DENİZ Shop located in the university.

9. Where can I find my photo taken while receiving my diploma?

Photos taken while receiving your diploma during the graduation ceremony are a gift from our University and can be obtained from MİKA Office as of 9:30 a.m. on February 10, 2016.

10. How can I obtain the Graduation Yearbook and the graduation gift?

Graduation Yearbooks and gifts can be obtained, after signing for them, from the Alumni Relations and Career Research Directorate as of the 4th of February 2016. Graduation Yearbooks are given as a gift from our University.

11. Where can I find the graduation ceremony video?

Graduation ceremony video will be available for download at the Alumni Relations and Career Research Directorate’s webpage as of 01 March 2016.

12. Will the graduation ceremony be broadcast live?

Graduation ceremony will be transmitted live on  BRT TV, Kanal T, Diyalog, and Sim TV

13. How can I keep contact with my university following my graduation?
