My academic journey began at Eastern Mediterranean University (EMU), Cyprus, where I built a strong foundation inbusiness studies. Studying at EMU provided me with valuable insights into core business principles, strategic thinking, andthe global business environment. My time there shaped my analytical skills and sparked my interest in the evolving role oftechnology in business operations.With a growing passion for digital transformation and innovation, I decided to continue my education in the UnitedKingdom, specializing in Business with Digital Management. This transition allowed me to explore the intersection ofbusiness strategy and emerging technologies, particularly in areas such as AI-driven customer interactions, chatbottechnology, and digital communication strategies.
During my studies, I conducted in-depth research on chatbot efficiency, emotional intelligence in AI interactions, andcustomer perceptions of automated systems.
